The MA-URI practitioner is using her lower arms and hands in long strokes across your body. And at the same time moving with specific dance-steps, the movement being supported by different types of music. An energy field is opened up, allowing the life-energy in your body to flow more freely and making way for your own self-healing process to take place.
You may choose to just relax from the beginning, and allow your body to alert you to the memories, thoughts and emotions which you now have a chance to work more with or let go of. Or you may choose to actively take part in this process if you have a specific intention, and make a concious effort to change old thought patters and attitudes, and to let go of emotions and stress.
You are free to enjoy the release which is made possible.
The duration of a MA-URI session can be 1-1,5 hours, including a short talk before and a q little silent time alone after the session.
